4. Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled only before they have been fulfilled.

5. All Sales Final—No Returns or Exchanges

6. Damaged, Defective, Incorrect, or Missing Items

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address. If an order is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, refusal, or failed delivery attempt, additional shipping charges may apply before it is reshipped.
